Hmm ... I hate my choice of hairstyle is a way I can change it? PC game has Oblivion, when 2 do something with it.

Thank God, you're on a PC. Press the tilde ('~') and give showracemenu. A warning, however, it seems that this puts your skills to their original values. Not tested, but it should work.
Incidentally, I have these informal briefing Wiki The Elder Scrolls Pages (EPA-Wiki), which very much for everything to do with Oblivion (or Morrowind, or any other Elder Scrolls games) to be useful.

If you play PS3 or Xbox or not, it can not, but yes, it is a PC a lot of mods, there are inevitably a bit.
PS3 game, and I do not think that there is a way to change it. Perhaps there are ways to hack for the PC version?
