Home Made Pontoon Waterfront Living? Is It Worth It? Have You Done It? Is This Lake Big Enough?

Waterfront living? Is it worth it? Have you done it? Is this lake big enough? - home made pontoon

I am looking for a site with an association of homeowners, fees and services in a 140-acre artificial lake. It is very pleasant, and the appointment of my own boat dock into retirement fun ..... Seeking comments from people who have lived in or near a lake in a similar situation. It has always been quiet on my visit .. but I do not think the noise bothers me not much, if their activities more difficult in the summer months .... If you are not sure of 140 hectares, is like an aquarium in a short time or if it is really fun to be with a big boat party ... I pulled myself .... I'm young looking for new experiences, and I think this could be the next adventure ... What do you think? to ask you something? What are the pitfalls? I have it in the family and the relationship or because the people there and the majority of respondents (lol). But also because I am for what he has to say about the responsibility of starting at home with the boat ... Impact on the relative

I love it. Waking up every morning and look out the window or sitting on the back porch is surreal, if you live on a lake. The lake breeze is impressive, even on the warm weather of the year! Personally, there are no obstacles for me, but make sure the area you want to submerge not so easy. It will show whether the area is a flood plain.

I would like, it sounds nice, I live in Southwest Florida and live in the mouth of a brackish-water channel that is very soothing, deep-sea fish do not swim the channel can have a lot of things to eat here, but beautiful in the morning, sitting I am by my pool with a cup of iced coffee and watch the sun rise over the water, your breath. They regret, never. I only wish I had someone to enjoy
