Fire Extinguisher Seals Can I Get Out Of My Lease?

Can I get out of my lease? - fire extinguisher seals

I live in a house for sale in the city and decided to leave the complex. This is not my problem though. They have not cut the grass, but twice this summer. When we moved in, who had not washed the carpets and they said they would. It seals my sliding glass doors in the basement and told me to leave you drag the fire extinguisher through the window. The carpet arrived at the main entrance. All the things we went to reception and complained about ... Please advice. There are other things but those are my main concern.

You must read your lease to see if the cancellation policy in the short term.
Please read your contract to determine also whether reserves for repairs. Usually, the tenant must give the owner a written notice if there is a problem, then enough time to make repairs. If the repair is not performed, you should have done the repair charge of the land the Lord for the work, then it is the responsibility of the owner in the contract.
Would not everything could be set out reasons for the unilateral termination of the lease.

To .... Sliding glass door, which could be a significant security risk.

Document all complaints with the date, time, etc., to take pictures. Then write a letter back and ask all rented their rent, they are not their market share. His excuse to say, to break a glass twice the pain with a fire extinguisher!

Worse comes to worse, you say that you are in the breach of security, if it does not leave you.
